The Process
How DealBond works
Four steps. No trust required — the vault does the trusting.
1. Create
The seller creates a deal link in 15 seconds — title, category, amount — and shares it on WhatsApp. A unique DB-XXXX slug and a 4-digit seller PIN are generated.
2. Lock
The buyer scans the DealBond Universal Escrow Vault QR with any banking app and pays. The buyer pastes the Transaction / Reference ID, and the vault auto-matches it. Funds are now locked — the seller sees verified funds, not the money.
3. Verify
The seller uploads video / photo proof and ships. The buyer inspects within the window — 10 days for physical goods, 48 hours for gaming, digital, and freelance deals.
4. Release
The buyer approves and the payment releases instantly: seller gets 97%, DealBond keeps 3%. If the buyer never responds, the window auto-releases. If something is wrong, a dispute freezes everything.
