Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. Plain English — no legal maze.

1. What DealBond is

DealBond is a deal-coordination and record-keeping layer for peer-to-peer transactions. It records deal terms, payment state, delivery proof, and dispute outcomes. DealBond is not a bank and does not provide banking services. Funds move through the users' own bank rails.

2. Fees

The platform fee is 3% of the deal amount, with a minimum of Rs. 50. The fee is charged only on successful release. Refunded deals pay no fee — the buyer receives a full refund.

3. Inspection windows

Physical goods: 10 days from proof upload. Gaming accounts, digital assets, and freelance milestones: 48 hours from proof upload. If the window expires with no open dispute, payment auto-releases to the seller.

4. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute from the deal room. Funds freeze immediately. An admin reviews the proof and decides within 72 hours: release to the seller, refund the buyer, or (in rare cases) a split. The admin's decision is final for the deal.

5. Your responsibilities

Describe the deal honestly. Never share your PIN. For gaming accounts, change credentials immediately after receipt. For physical goods, record an unboxing video. False dispute claims may result in account restrictions.

6. Prohibited uses

No stolen goods, no fraud, no money laundering, no deals that violate applicable law. DealBond may freeze and cancel deals that appear abusive.

7. Liability limits

DealBond's liability for any deal is limited to the platform fee collected for that deal. Users remain responsible for verifying the other party and the item. Nothing here is financial advice.

8. Changes

Terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The version shown on this page always applies.
